高层建筑钢管混凝土柱施工技术及质量控制

Construction Technology and Quality Control of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Column in High-rise Building

将钢管混凝土柱应用在高层建筑中,可使整个建筑结构性能效果良好,所用的钢材与混凝土,可满足高层建筑对结构承受力的要求,且浇筑、焊接等施工技术简单、施工成本低,具有很好的可行性及应用性。以某地高层建筑施工为例,对钢管混凝土柱施工中运用的施工技术与质量控制对策进行了论述,以期作为高层建筑施工中的参考。

The application of concrete-filled steel tubular column in high-rise buildings shows very good structural performance.Steel and concrete are used as the main construction materials,which can meet the requirements of high-rise buildings for structural bearing capacity. Besides,pouring,welding and other construction technologies are adopted,which are simpler and lower construction cost compared with other construction methods,and it has the feasibility of application in high-rise building construction. Taking the high-rise building construction in a certain place as an example,this paper discusses the construction technology and quality control measures used in the construction of concrete-filled steel tubular column,so as to provide reference for construction of high-rise buildings.
