摘要 高层建筑电梯井剪力墙内模模板体系施工作业空间狭窄,现浇结构模板施工存在加固困难、作业平台超高、容易胀模影响电梯安装等问题。介绍电梯井内定型化整体提升式模板(可为定型木模板或定型铝合金模板),与相应外模(木模、铝模)配套使用技术,其体系由定型化整体模板、免拆装置和吊装装置组成。 High-rise elevator shaft shear wall internal template system construction has narrow working space and high overall height. The construction of cast-in-place structural formwork has problems such as difficulty in reinforcement,super-high working platform,and easy expansion of formwork,which affects elevator installation. Therefore,a shaped integral lifting template system is studied,which is suitable for formwork construction method where the elevator shaft of high-rise buildings is cast-in-place shaft wall.This set of elevator shaft internal mold template system is a finalized integral lifting template(which can be a shaped wooden mold or a shaped aluminum alloy template),which is used in conjunction with the corresponding external molds(wood molds,aluminum molds).The shaped integral lifting template is composed of a shaped integral template,a disassembly-free device and a hoisting device.
