摘要 以长沙国金中心项目452 m超高层建筑施工为例,通过分析超高层建筑施工过程中爬模技术特点分析和应用,主要研究在超高城建筑中的爬模技术施工部署的过程及注意事项,对于爬模的安装过程进行详细叙述,并就爬模施工流程进行研究,包括爬模施工前的准备事项、爬模施工的主要工序、爬模施工的注意要点以及爬模拆除等过程。通过对复杂工况下超高层爬模施工技术研究,为我国超高层建筑施工提供技术参考。 Taking the 452 m super high-rise building construction of Changsha Guojin center project as an example,through the analysis of the characteristics and application of climbing formwork technology in the construction process of super high-rise building,this paper mainly studies the process and matters needing attention of the construction deployment of climbing formwork technology in super high city building,describes the installation process of climbing formwork in detail,and studies the construction process of climbing formwork,including the preparation before climbing formwork construction,the main process of climbing formwork construction,the key points of climbing formwork construction and the process of climbing formwork removal. Through the research on the construction technology of super high-rise climbing formwork under complex working conditions,this paper provides technical reference for the construction of super high-rise buildings in China.
