装配式混凝土预制装饰线条在住宅项目中的应用

近年来随着装配式建筑的快速发展,越来越多的装配式构件出现在工程应用中,装配式构件是装配式建筑的重要组成部分。与传统的现浇混凝土构件相比,具有质量可控,成本可控,进度可控等优点。结合景福花园项目的前期相关论证经验,对装配式混凝土预制装饰线条在住宅项目上的应用做一简要分析,分析显示预制形式质量可控,施工方便,对装配式及绿色施工的推广有着重大的意义。

In recent years,with the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,more and more prefabricated components have appeared in engineering applications. Prefabricated components are an important part of prefabricated buildings. Compared with traditional cast-in-place concrete components,the prefabricated components have the advantages of controllable quality,controllable cost,controllable schedule,etc. Combining with the relevant demonstration experience of the Jingfu Garden project in the early stage,a brief analysis of the application of prefabricated concrete moldings in residential projects is made. The analysis shows that the quality of the prefabricated forms is controllable,and the construction is convenient,which is of great significance to promotion of prefabricated and green construction.
