Take comprehensive superstructure project of Antuoshan parking lot as an example, the sealing and waterproof performance of prefabricated buildings is analyzed from four aspects :laminated thermal insulation external wall panels,prefabricated laminated floor slabs,prefabricated air conditioning panels,and rainy season waterproof construction,to provide reference for construction of prefabricated building engineering in the future.
