Analysis on Masonry Engineering Problems and Remedial Measures

我国建筑行业高速发展,施工过程中,砌筑工程的施工质量关乎着建筑构造设计的原则,不能影响结构安全,并有足够的整体性、安全可靠、经久耐用。砌筑质量为工程验收的重点,在发现砌筑工程的缺陷问题时,要及时妥善地对其进行处理。在查阅了大量文献的基础上,就砌筑质量对工程验收进行了分析。同时,也总结了国内诸多建设项目在不同环境影响下,砌筑质量对工程验收的研究结论,提出了今后的研究方向。

With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,during the construction process,the construction quality of the masonry project is related to the principle of building structure design,and cannot affect structural safety,and has sufficient integrity,safety,reliability,and durability. Masonry quality is important for project acceptance. Defects in masonry projects should be dealt with promptly and properly. On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,the acceptance of the project was analyzed on the masonry quality. At the same time,the research conclusions of the masonry quality on acceptance of the project under the influence of different environments in many domestic construction projects are summarized,and future research directions are proposed.
