浅谈如何提高C50泵送混凝土的应用性能 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国高速公路桥隧比例较高,桥梁上部结构关键点和薄弱环节在于严格控制好梁板浇筑及安装张拉,那么严格控制梁板混凝土浇筑对提高桥梁上部结构整体质量起着首要关键作用。结合现行高速公路实际C50泵送混凝土在梁板中的应用情况,经对C50泵送混凝土的试配分析,总结出多种矿物掺合料及高性能混凝土的使用新理念。选用常规原材料,合理配比掺合料和高效减水剂,达到减少水泥用量和用水量的双重效应,使得C50泵送混凝土的相关性能显著提高,从而降低混凝土的经济成本。就进一步改进完善C50泵送混凝土相关性能展开论述,并在实际施工中进一步优化推广使用。 In recent years,the proportion of bridge and tunnel is relatively high in China. The key points and weak links of bridge superstructure are to strictly control pouring of beam and slab and installation and stretching,so strict control of beam-slab concrete pouring plays a key role in improving overall quality of bridge superstructure. Combined with application of C50 pump concrete in the beam and slab of the present expressway,through the analysis on the trial distribution of C50 pump concrete, the paper sums up many new ideas of using mineral admixtures and high performance concrete. By selecting conventional raw materials, mixing admixture and superplasticizer reasonably, the double effects of reducing cement consumption and water consumption can be achieved, and the relative performance of C50 pump concrete can be significantly improved, thus the economic cost of concrete can be reduced. This paper discusses the improvement of C50 pump concrete performance,to further promote the use of optimization in the actual construction.
