督导管理模式在肺结核患者治疗中的应用进展

肺结核是一种常见且可致命的疾病,是由结核分枝杆菌引发的肺部感染性疾病。由于机体免疫功能低下,接触了含有肺结核分枝杆菌的空气,结核杆菌进入呼吸道感染肺部而引起疾病。肺结核会对患者的生活质量产生严重的影响。督导管理是指对非住院肺结核患者的治疗过程实行全面监督,由护理人员对其进行监督,患者若未遵医嘱服药,护理人员通过电话或上门方式与其交流,使患者做到遵医嘱用药。对肺结核患者治疗过程督导管理模式对结核病具有良好的作用。随着科学技术的不断发展以及网络应用的不断普及,微信等APP在肺结核患者治疗过程督导管理模式中均发挥着良好的作用。为提高肺结核患者的治疗效果,减少肺结核患者的不良反应发生率,本文对肺结核患者治疗过程督导管理模式的应用进展进行综述。

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a common and fatal disease. It is a pulmonary infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Due to the low immune function of the body,contact with the air containing Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Mycobacterium tuberculosis enters the respiratory tract and infects the lung to cause the disease. Tuberculosis has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. Supervision and management refers to the comprehensive supervision of the treatment process of non hospitalized pulmonary tuberculosis patients,which is supervised by the nursing staff. If the patients do not take medicine according to the doctor’s advice,the nursing staff can communicate with them by telephone or door-to-door,so that the patients can take medicine according to the doctor’s advice. With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous popularization of network applications,wechat and other APP play a good role in the supervision and management mode of pulmonary tuberculosis patients’ treatment process. In order to improve the treatment effect of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis cancer and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,this paper reviews the application progress of supervision and management mode in the treatment process of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
