水凝胶眼疗贴在肝移植手术眼部护理中的效果

Effect of hydrogel eye patch in eye care during liver transplantation

目的探讨医用水凝胶眼疗贴对肝移植手术患者暴露性角膜炎的预防效果。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月天津市第一中心医院收治的成人同种异体原位肝移植手术患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者于麻醉完成后双眼均匀涂抹0.5%红霉素眼膏(约0.5 g)后采用防过敏胶布闭合上、下眼睑,观察组患者使用医用水凝胶眼疗贴充分闭合眼睑,观察两组患者术后48 h暴露性角膜炎发生率。结果观察组患者术后暴露性角膜炎发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用水凝胶眼疗贴较传统眼部护理方法能够明显降低肝移植手术患者术后暴露性角膜炎的发生率,操作简便,减少了手术室护理人员的工作量,尤其适用于肝移植等长时间手术患者的眼部护理。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of medical hydrogel eye patch to exposure keratitis in in patients undergoing liver transplantation. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,100 adult patients with orthotopic liver transplantation treated in Tianjin First Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided to observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were evenly smeared with 0.5% erythromycin eye ointment(about 0.5 g) after the completion of anaesthesia,the upper and lower eyelids were closed with anti allergy adhesive tape. The patients in the observation group were treated with medical hydrogel eye patch treatment to close the eyelids. The incidence of 48 h exposed keratitis in two groups was observed. Results The incidence of postoperative exposure keratitis in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than 22.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional eye care,medical hydrogel eye patch could significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative keratitis in patients undergoing liver transplantation,and it was easy to operate and reduce the workload of nurses in operation room. It was especially suitable for eye care in long time patients undergoing liver transplantation.
