摘要
为研究游乐设施运行中乘客身体特定部位加速度测量问题,目前采用对加速度测量的对象是设备,即选取座椅上固定位置代替人体的特定部位。此外,为准确测量分别建立了集中参数模型、有限元模型、多体动力学模型进行人椅耦合,其中集中参数模型因其结构简单被广泛研究。将人体简化为弹簧和集中质量,分别搭建了3自由度和4自由度座椅-乘客加速度集中参数传递模型,探究竖直方向上人体加速度传递响应关系,对模型进行仿真。根据模型的传递函数关系,通过座椅加速度间接得到人体加速度。利用最小二乘法建立目标函数,采用Matlab和Isight联合仿真并选择MultiislandGA优化算法获取结构参数,利用拟合优度进行评价,建立起座椅-乘客加速度传递模型,实现了根据座椅加速度进行人体加速度测量。
In order to study the acceleration measurement of the specific parts of the passenger’s body in the operation of amusement facilities, the object of acceleration measurement is equipment, that is, selecting the fixed position on the seat to replace the specific parts of the human body;In addition, in order to accurately measure, the centralized parameter model, the finite element model and the multi-body dynamic model are respectively established for the coupling of human and chair, in which the centralized parameter model is simply extensive research.In this paper, the human body was simplified as a spring and a lumped mass, and a lumped parameter transfer model of 3-DOF and 4-DOF seat passenger acceleration was built respectively.The response relationship of human body acceleration transfer in the vertical direction was explored, and the model was simulated.According to the transfer function of the model, the acceleration of the human body was obtained indirectly through the acceleration of the seat.The least square method was used to establish the objective function, MATLAB and iSIGHT were used to simulate and select the multi Island GA optimization algorithm to obtain the structural parameters, and the goodness of fit was used to evaluate.The seat passenger acceleration transfer model was established, and the measurement of human acceleration was realized based on the seat acceleration.
