碳中和背景下可再生能源成为主导能源的发展路径及展望(上) 被引量:10

摘要 面对应对气候变化全球共识,我国提出了“30・60”碳达峰、碳中和目标,明确了建立以新能源为主体的新型电力系统方向,开启了我国能源低碳革命的征程。我国可再生能源资源潜力巨大,大规模发展可再生能源已成为我国能源低碳发展的现实选择。面向新时代发展要求,本文首先系统分析了我国能源转型面临的主要矛盾的转变,深刻辨析了适合我国国情的能源革命方向,然后借助自主开发的能源系统分析决策方法体系,研究了我国面向碳中和的可再生能源发展路径,最后提出了促进可再生能源成为我国主导能源的对策建议。(受限于篇幅要求,本文将分为上、下两部分进行介绍。) China has announced the targets of a carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060 in order to tackle the global climate change.It determines the direction of establishing a new power system with new energy as the mainstay,and starts the journey of China's low-carbon energy revolution.As China has abundant renewable energy resources,the scaled-up development of renewable energy has become a realistic choice of low-carbon development in the national energy sect or.In order to satisfy the requirements of the new direction,this paper firstly analyses the change of main conflicts faced by China's energy transition process,and determines a feasible energy revolution direction that fit local conditions.This is followed by a research of renewable energy development pathway in order to achieve the carbon neutrality target,depending on an independently developed energy analysis and decision-making system.The paper lastly proposes policy suggestions to facilitate renewable energy to become the dominant energy source in China.(While limited by the length of an article in this journal,the paper is divided into two parts.)
