河南省部分地区山羊肠道寄生虫感染情况调查

Investigation on Intestinal Parasite Infections of Goats in Some Areas of Henan Province

为了调查河南省部分地区山羊肠道寄生虫感染情况,从而为羊寄生虫感染防控提供参考,本研究采用饱和盐水漂浮法、水洗沉淀法、卢戈氏碘液染色镜检法等常规寄生虫检查方法,对来自河南不同地区的1267份新鲜粪样进行肠道寄生虫调查。结果显示:在767份样品中发现寄生虫虫卵/卵囊,总感染率为60.5%;共检查出9种消化道寄生虫,包括球虫(Coccidioides)、隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium)、圆线虫(Strongonematode)、细颈线虫(Strongnecked Nematode)、羊口线虫(Sheetostomatode)、莫尼茨绦虫(Moniz Taenia)、贾第虫(Giardia)、阿米巴(Amoeba)和鞭虫(Whiplworms),混合感染率为58.01%,其中球虫和圆线虫为主要感染虫种,感染率分别为72.34%和68.94%。本次调查表明,河南省部分地区羊肠道寄生虫感染情况普遍存在,且混合感染严重,应引起重视,进一步加强羊肠道寄生虫防控。

In order to investigate the intestinal parasite infections of goats in some areas of Henan province,1267 fresh fecal samples were collected for routine examination.The results showed that parasites were detected in 767 samples and the total infection rate was 60.5%.Coccidia and strongyliasis were the main parasite infections with positive rates of 72.34%and 68.94%,respectively.Total 9 digestive tract parasites were detected,including Coccidioides,Cryptosporidium,Strongonematode,Strongnecked Nematode,Sheetostomatode,Moniz Taenia,Giardia,Amoeba and Whiplworms.Total mixed infection rate was 58.01%.The survey showed that the intestinal parasite infections existed widely with serious mixed infections in some areas of Henan province,suggesting further attention to surveillance and control.
