摘要
针对照明行业常用的LED灯作为调光感应灯提出了方案。在灯外部接可控硅调光器,在灯体内增设感应电路模块,调光驱动电路、感应电路分离设置,感应模块与光源板间用EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate)相隔,避免感应模块误触发。电网交流信号通过可控硅调光器输出可变相位角,调光驱动电路检测可变相位角调节输出LED电流,实现调光;微波感应模块内集成光敏传感器、延时器,能自动识别白天或晚上,并监测感应区域是否有人走过,自动控制灯的亮灭,从而实现调光感应效果。测试结果表明,该调光感应灯参数达到预期需求,系统稳定性较好。
A solution is proposed for the LED lamp commonly used in the lighting industry as a dimming sensor lamp.A TRIAC(TRIode AC switch)dimmer is connected outside the lamp,and a sensor circuit module is added into the lamp body.The dimming drive circuit and the sensor circuit are separately arranged,and the sensor module and the light source board are set separately by EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate).The AC signal of the power grid outputs a variable phase angle through the TRIAC dimmer.The drive module of the dimming drive circuit detects the variable phase angle and adjusts the output LED current to achieve dimming;the microwave sensor module integrates a light sensor and a delayer,which can automatically recognize whether it is during the day or the night,and monitor whether someone walks through the sensing area,and control the lamp to turn on and off,so as to realize the dimming and sensing effect.The test results show that the parameters of this dimming sensor lamp meet the expected requirements and the system has good stability.
