摘要
随着行车安全和车灯设计理念的发展,动态日行灯已逐渐成为汽车信号灯的主流配置。本文基于CAN总线技术,采用DC-DC控制器TLD5190-1QV设计了一种输入工作电压相对比较宽(电压6~16 V)的恒压输出电路,实现了动态日行灯的设计要求,保证了灯具在车身启停产生低压时能正常工作,解决了灯具的短时欠压熄灭问题;电路采用H-Bridge DC/DC Controller拓扑结构,提供恒定电压输出以驱动多通道线性驱动器TPS929120;采用SBC(System Basis Chip)电源管理UJA1169与车身进行CAN通信,静态电流设计小于0.1 mA,而且新增Limp Home模式满足功能安全法规,即使CAN通信失效,也可以正常工作,可靠性强。本文给出了驱动电路的各模块硬件设计原理及分析,并给出了软件控制系统设计。
With the development of traffic safety and lamp design concept,the daytime running lamp with dynamic state has gradually become the standard configuration automobile signal lamps.In the design,DC-DC controller TLD5190-1 QV is used to design a constant voltage output circuit with relatively wide input working voltage(6 V-16 V)based on CAN BUS to realize the dynamic mode required by customers,ensure that the lamps can work normally and there is no short time of under voltage extinguishing when the car starts and stops.It belongs to switch type driving power supply.The H-Bridge DC/DC Controller topology is adopted to provide constant voltage output,and the output voltage drives the multi-channel linear driver TPS929120.The SBC(System Basis Chip)power management UJA1169 is adopted for CAN communication with the static current is less than 0.1 mA,and the Limp Home mode meets the functional safety regulations and can work normally even if CAN communication fails.In this paper,the hardware design principle and the design of each module of the drive circuit are given,as well as software design schematic.
