ICP-OES法同时测定贫锰矿石中多元素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸对锰矿进行高压密闭消解;利用ICP-OES同时测定锰矿中的Mn、Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、Na、Ti、Ba、Zn元素;建立一套高效准确的锰矿成分含量分析方法,为锰矿资源利用提供有价值的基础数据。通过研究不同消解方式、基体效应、硝酸酸度和共存元素对实验的影响并消除干扰,测定方法检出限、加标回收和精密度,以验证方法准确度。实验结果表明,在选定的条件下,方法检出限为0.00106~0.08210 mg/L,加标回收率为92.5%~108.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为0.20%~1.32%。实验的方法检出限低、线性范围宽、准确度高、操作简便快捷,满足锰矿中多元素含量测定及方法误差分析的要求。 Manganese ore was digested by nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid under high pressure.The elements of Mn,Al,Fe,Ca,Mg,Na,Ti,Ba and Zn in manganese ore were determined by ICP-OES.To establish a set of efficient and accurate analysis method of manganese ore composition content,and provide valuable basic data for the utilization of manganese ore resources.By studying the influence of different digestion methods,matrix effect,acidity of nitric acid and coexisting elements on the experiment and eliminating the interference;The detection limit,labeled recovery and precision of the method were measured to verify the accuracy of the method.The results showed that under the selected conditions,the detection limits were 0.00106-0.08210 mg/L,the recoveries were 92.5%-108.0%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=10)were 0.20%-1.32%.The experimental method has the advantages of low detection limit,wide linear range,high accuracy,simple and quick operation,which can meet the requirements of multi-element content determination and method error analysis in manganese ore.
