图情期刊科学数据规范调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Research Data Policy of High-impact Journals in the Field of Library and Information Technology

期刊科学数据规范的制定对促进科学数据共享、实现科学数据的重复使用、提高科学研究的可重现性都有着非常重要的作用。本文通过对46种国际图情领域高影响力期刊的科学数据规范进行系统的梳理,从科学数据规范强度、数据存储、数据引用、数据可用性声明以及数据评审等方面进行分析,发现78.3%的图情高影响力期刊制定了科学数据规范,以鼓励性弱科学数据规范为主,鼓励作者通过存储库存储数据、规范化引用数据以及提供数据可用性声明,鼓励或要求作者对审阅者请求提供其科学数据参与评审。

The formulation of periodical research data policy plays a very important role in promoting research data sharing,realizing the reuse of research data and improving the reproducibility of scientific research.This paper systematically combs the research data policies of 46 highly influential journals in the field of international library and information technology,and analyzes them from the aspects of research data policy intensity,data storage,data citation,data availability statement and data review.It is found that 78.3%of highly influential journals of library and information technology have formulated research data policies,mainly encouraging weak research data policies,authors are encouraged to store data through the repository,standardize reference data and provide data availability statements.Authors are encouraged or required to participate in the review of reviewers’requests for their research data.
