摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料、高温合金和石墨等新型材料超精密加工中存在加工精度低、稳定性差和加工刀具寿命短等问题,笔者开展了超声精密加工技术和超声复合机床的相关研究。其中重点分析了超声刀柄、超声驱动器和非接触式电能传输装置这三个超声复合机床的核心装备,验证了超声复合机床能够明显提高高温合金材料的加工表面粗糙度和加工刀具寿命。
In order to solve the problems of low precision,poor stability and short tool life in ultra-precision machining of carbon fiber composites,superalloy and graphite,the author carried out research on ultrasonic precision machining technology and ultrasonic composite machine tool.The ultrasonic tool holder,ultrasonic driver and non-contact power transmission device,which are the three core equipment of ultrasonic composite machine tool,are emphatically analyzed,and it is verified that ultrasonic composite machine tool can significantly improve the machining surface roughness and machining tool life of superalloy materials.
