子长县瓦窑堡镇、杨家园则镇和马家砭镇清涧河土地整治项目效益分析

Benefit Analysis of the Qingjian River Land Improvement Project in Wayaobao Town,Yangjiayuanze Town and Majiabian Town in Zichang County

以子长县瓦窑堡镇、杨家园则镇和马家砭镇清涧河土地整治项目为例,从社会效益、生态效益和环境影响、经济效益、耕地质量四个方面分析了土地整治项目的综合效益。结果表明,新增耕地率达23.52%,人均新增耕地面积为0.05亩/人,新增耕地可供养人数为867人,人均纯收入增加70元,项目年产值268.03万元,年净增产值148.9万元,项目区耕地质量等别提高到12等。子长县瓦窑堡镇、杨家园则镇和马家砭镇清涧河综合效益显著提升,改善了生态环境,促进了可持续发展。

Taking the Qingjian River Land consolidation project of Wayaobao Town,Yangjiayuanze Town and Majiabian Town in Zichang county as an example,the comprehensive benefits of the land consolidation project are analyzed from four aspects:social benefits,ecological benefits and environmental impacts,economic benefits and cultivated land quality.The results show that the newly added cultivated land rate is 23.52%,the newly added cultivated land area per capita is 0.05 mu each person,the newly added cultivated land can support the number of 867 people,the increase of per capita net income is 70 yuan each person,the annual output value of the project is 2.680 3 million yuan,the annual net increase of the output value is 1.489 million yuan,the quality of cultivated land in the project area is improved to 12 grade.The comprehensive benefits of Qingjian River in Wayaobao Town,Yangjiayuanze Town and Majiabian Town of Zichang County have been significantly improved,which is conducive to improving the ecological environment and promoting sustainable development.
