肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞对喉鳞状细胞癌预后评估作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes in the prognostic evaluation of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)是常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率有逐渐增长的趋势,但患者5年生存率并无上升趋势,亟需更加稳定有效的预后评估指标来指导治疗、判断预后。肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TILs)是一种存在于肿瘤组织内部具有高度异质性的淋巴细胞,以T淋巴细胞为主,在宿主抗原特异性肿瘤免疫应答中发挥关键作用。多项研究表明,TILs与LSCC患者预后密切相关。本文对TILs的一般特征、评估方法及肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞对LSCC预后判断价值的研究进展进行综述。

Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)is one of the common malignant tumors of the head and neck.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has been increasing gradually,but the 5-year survival rate of patients has not increased.There is an urgent need for more stable and effective prognostic evaluation indicators to guide treatment and predict prognosis.Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)are highly heterogeneous lymphocytes in tumor tissues,mainly T lymphocytes,which play a key role in host antigen-specific tumor immune response.A number of studies have shown that TILs are closely related to the prognosis of the patients LSCC.In this paper,the general characteristics,evaluation methods of TILs and the prognostic value of TILs in LSCC were reviewed.
