Research on Digital Economy Driving the High-quality Development of Sports Industry at New Stage of Development

数字经济作为重要的经济业态,与体育产业的结合将为新发展阶段体育产业的高质量发展提供重要动力。研究从数字经济的内涵出发,梳理了数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的基本理论,并结合体育产业的实际,将数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的机理阐述为:数字经济提高体育资源配置优化效率;提高体育资源使用效率;促进体育产业创新赋能;开启体育产业价值重创过程;提升体育数据资源价值,促进体育产业的数字化转型。同时,结合“推—拉理论”论述由升级机制、优化机制、融合机制、支撑机制和治理机制组成的动力机制,并提出数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的实现路径:加强顶层设计,建构产学研相结合的数字体育创新体系;加强体育产业数字基础设施建设,夯实技术驱动基础;夯实体育产业基础能力,促进产品提质增效;积极打造数字体育产业生态,做好体育企业的数字化转型等4大措施促进我国体育产业高质量发展。

China will enter a new development stage during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.As an important economic form,the combination of digital economy and sports industry will provide important impetus for the high-quality development of sports industry at the new development stage.Starting from the connotation of the digital economy,this article combed the basic theories of the digital economy which driving the high-quality development of the sports industry,and in combination with the reality of the sports industry it expounded the mechanism of the digital economy driving the high-quality development of the sports industry as follows:digital economy improved the efficiency optimization of sports resources allocation,improved the efficiency of sports resources,promoted the innovation and empowerment of the sports industry,started the process of reinventing the value of the sports industry,enhanced the value of sports data resources and promoted the digital transformation of the sports industry.This study also combined push-pull theory to discuss the power mechanisms which is composed of upgrade mechanism,optimization mechanism,integration mechanism,support mechanism,and governance mechanism and suggested digital economy driving the high-quality development of the sports industry.There were four major measures to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry:strengthen the top-level design,build a digital sports innovation system that combines production,education and research;strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure in the sports industry and consolidate the technology-driven foundation;consolidate the basic capabilities of the sports industry and promote product quality and efficiency;actively build a digital sports industry ecology and do well in the digital transformation of sports enterprises.
