数字经济时代下消费者对新媒体电商平台的感知研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着"十四五"规划的提出,为促进新媒体与电子商务产业深度融合形成新媒体直播电商新业态,本文通过半结构化访谈与问卷调查的形式针对消费者对新媒体电商平台的感知进行分析,将江苏省多个地区消费者作为研究对象,访谈分析消费者对新媒体电子商务平台的感知及认知。另外,通过问卷形式发现调研对象比较年轻,对于新媒体电商平台的出现呈认可态度,未来新媒体电商平台发展前景较好。 A new format of new media live-streaming e-commerce will be formed to facilitate the further integration of new media and e-commerce industry according to the proposal of the "14th five-year plan". In this thesis, methods of semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey were adopted to analyze consumers’ perception on new media e-commerce platform. Besides, it is found through the questionnaire that the research objects are mainly comprised of young people, who present a positive attitude towards the emergence of new media e-commerce platform and believe that the new media e-commerce platform boasts a promising future.
