摘要
对国内外钒磁体的冶金工艺及影响钒提取率的因素进行了综合研究。目前,钒磁体是从钒磁体中提取出来的。钒主要是从湿法冶金中通过高炉和大型旋转整体式钒渣炉提钒。采用钠法、煅烧法、无盐煅烧法、复合添加剂煅烧法、酸碱法等方法。溶剂萃取法和其他传统的提钒方法,以及选择性沉淀法,传统的钒处理方法都有成本高、成本低、成本低等缺点,而新的钒回收技术具有成本低、污染小、回收率高等特点,该技术具有良好的应用前景,保证了提取工艺的多样化。
The metallurgical process of vanadium magnets at home and abroad and the factors influencing the extraction rate of vanadium were comprehensively studied.At present,vanadium magnets are extracted from vanadium magnets.Vanadium is mainly extracted from hydrometallurgy by blast furnace and large rotary integral vanadium slag furnace.Sodium method,calcination method,salt free calcination method,compound additive calcination method,acid-base method and other methods were used.Solvent extraction and other traditional vanadium extraction methods,as well as selective precipitation,traditional vanadium treatment methods have the disadvantages of high cost,low cost and low cost.The new vanadium recovery technology has the characteristics of low cost,low pollution and high recovery rate.This technology has a good application prospect and ensures the diversification of extraction process.
