装配分解工装基于仿真的优化设计及同步拧紧装置

摘要 根据环形管路盘组件着力位置狭小且沿周有多处障碍环形管路盘的特殊情况而设计一种分解装配工装;同时设计一种同步拧紧装置解决使用多个顶丝螺钉分解的方法来分解零部件时顶丝螺钉向下旋合不能同步的问题。采用有限元分析技术对工装关重部件顶丝螺钉及随形拉钩的承载强度进行分析,进而优化工装结构、减轻工装重量。 According to the special situation of narrow force position and many obstacles around the annular pipeline disk,a disassembly and assembly tooling is designed;At the same time,a synchronous tightening device is designed to solve the problem that the downward rotation of the jacking screws can not be synchronized when using the method of multiple jacking screws decomposition to decompose parts.The finite element analysis technology is used to analyze the load-bearing strength of the key parts of the tooling,such as the jacking screw and the follow-up hook,so as to optimize the structure of the tooling and reduce the weight of the tooling.
