摘要
铝酸钠溶液是在氧化铝厂生产过程中必不可少的产物,为针对铝酸钠溶液的组分以及浓度进行快速化验检测,为化学生产提供有力依据,利用实验研究方法,实验对象选择为不同浓度的铝酸钠溶液,以收集铝酸钠溶液浓度特征数据为实验出发点,对其数据进行预处理工作,基于光纤的感光度与光功率损耗量,对铝酸钠溶液温度与电导率进行记录,两者之间形成特定的线性关系,通过线性关系的关联,以此进行溶液浓度的检测,以此作为实验方法,探究铝酸钠溶液的组分浓度,根据实验结果进行分析讨论,论证实验的准确性与可行性,为进行铝酸钠溶液组分浓度检测工作提供有效思路依据。
Sodium aluminate solution is an essential product in the production process of alumina plant.In order to quickly test the composition and concentration of sodium aluminate solution and provide a strong basis for chemical production,the experimental object is selected as sodium aluminate solution with different concentrations by using experimental research method,and the experimental starting point is to collect the concentration characteristic data of sodium aluminate solution,Based on the sensitivity and optical power loss of optical fiber,the temperature and conductivity of sodium aluminate solution are recorded,and a specific linear relationship is formed between them.Through the correlation of the linear relationship,the solution concentration is detected.As an experimental method,the component concentration of sodium aluminate solution is explored,and the experimental results are analyzed and discussed,To demonstrate the accuracy and feasibility of the experiment,and provide an effective basis for the concentration detection of sodium aluminate solution components.
