摘要
为了查明赞比亚某低品位硫化铜矿的工艺矿物学特征,对该矿石开展了较为完整的工艺矿物学研究,结果表明:该矿石中矿石主要有益组分为Cu,原矿Cu品位1.57%,铜氧化率为4.27%,矿石类型属于硫化矿石;矿石中主要含铜矿物为黄铜矿和斑铜矿,脉石矿物以白云母、石英和黑云母为主;矿物粒度为中-细粒结构,结合矿石嵌布特征,矿石总体属于较易回收类型。
In order to find out the process mineralogical characteristics of a Low-grade copper sulfide ore in Zambia,a relatively complete process mineralogical study was carried out on the ore.The results show that the main beneficial component of the ore is Cu,the grade of raw ore Cu is 1.57%,and the oxidation rate of copper is 4.27%,the ore belongs to sulfide ore;the main copper minerals in the ore are chalcopyrite and bornite,the gangue minerals are mainly muscovite,quartz and biotite;the mineral size is medium to fine grain structure,combined with the dissemination features of the ore,the ore is generally easy to recover.
