草楼矿垂直扇形中深孔拉底参数优化

摘要 地下矿山回采中一般采用垂直扇形中深孔拉低爆破,可以高效、快速的完成切割拉底工作。为保证中深孔拉底效果,降低爆破单耗,应用爆破漏斗原理,优化调整炮孔参数,对孔底距和排距重新实验,分析爆破后矿堆块度和爆破危害效应。通过实验确定了中深孔合理参数,实际应用过程中,降低了爆破单耗,减少了爆破对进路的损坏,对采矿工作具有较大的借鉴意义。 In underground mining,vertical fan-shaped medium and deep hole low drawing blasting is generally adopted,which can efficiently and quickly complete cutting and bottom drawing work.In order to ensure the bottom drawing effect of the middle and deep hole and reduce the blasting single consumption,the blasting funnel principle was applied to optimize and adjust the parameters of the blast-hole,and the spacing of the hole bottom and row were re-tested to analyze the lumpiness of the ore pile and the blasting damage effect after blasting.The reasonable parameters of medium and deep hole are determined through experiments.In the process of practical application,the single blasting consumption is reduced and the damage of blasting to approach road is reduced.It has a great reference significance for mining work.
