On Implementing the Action of “Revitalizing Shandong with Talents” Several Measures to Build a Highland of Talents in the New Era

为深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,全面落实党的十九大和十九届二中、三中、四中全会精神,认真落实习近平总书记对山东工作的重要指示要求,加快实现"走在前列、全面开创"目标定位,现就实施"人才兴鲁"行动、打造新时代人才聚集高地,制定如下措施。

Establish tailor-made development platform for academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering living in Shandong.where they are provided with continuous and stable fund support in a three-year cycle and are given provincial talent project quotas and support to set up their own teams independently.Provide newly-selected academicians of the two academies in Shandong with fund support according to their research needs in terms of condition construction,research activities,and team building.Support top talents for their flexible cooperation with Shandong and smooth channels for retired academicians of the two academies to come to Shandong to play their roles by "one matter.one discussion".Exempt academicians who extend their retirement in Shandong from individual income tax for wages and salaries received from their labor and personnel relations units.
