Invested by Hengxin Group with 450 million yuan,the Wyndham five-star hotel project,covers an area of about 57 mu,among which the overall floor area is 110,000 square meters.It plans to build a five-star hotel,a serviced apartment,two 5 A-class office buildings,and a supporting square of approximately 12,000 square meters.After completion,it will become the largest and most technologically advanced highend banquet hall in Weifang that can accommodate 900 people.At present,the main body of the hotel has been completed and it is scheduled to be open in October this year.
