该项目由西安曲江新鸥鹏公司投资建设,占地约640亩,总投资约60亿元,规划建设国际学校、企业总部基地、商业综合体、特色文化商街、文化住区等,建筑面积约65万平方米。项目借鉴西安大唐不夜城运营模式,以"夜经济"为主要发展力,打造"15万方潍坊大唐不夜城"文化商业街和潍坊新晋网红打卡地。项目一期预计可提供就业岗位约5000个,年营业额预计创收3亿元;二期预计可提供就业岗位约7000个,年营业额预计创收4亿元。
