“Hope Cabin” Makes Children in Need “Sparkle”

为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对山东工作的重要指示要求和对希望工程重要寄语精神,助力潍坊市脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接,潍坊团市委自2020年6月启动实施了"希望小屋"儿童关爱项目。项目主要以家庭经济收入低下,无独立居住和学习环境的8至14岁困境儿童为主要服务对象,依托原有住房进行规划、装修,配备必要家具和学习生活用品。

"Hope Cabin" is children’s care program launched by Weifang Municipal Youth League Committee in June,2020.This program mainly serves children aged 8 to 14 with low family income and no independent living and learning environment.Based on the situation of the original housing,this program makes plans and decorations for the house and equips it with necessary necessary furniture and school and daily necessities.The followup assistance is then given to the aided teenagers through followup voluntary services so as to promote the transformation from the "sparkle of the cabin" to the"sparkle of spirit".Up to now,558 cabins have been built in Weifang,benefiting 580 children in distress.benefit a and raising Over 11 million yuan has been raised.The fund-raising work of the "hope cabin" program has been praised by the Youth League Provincial Committee twice,and the program has been rated as "high-quality service program by the Work Committee for Departments Directly under Weifang Municipal Party Committee.
