中药防感香囊预防感冒临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fanggan Sachet in the Prevention of Cold

目的观察中药防感香囊在预防感冒中的作用及其对成人免疫功能的影响。方法研究对象为18~60周岁健康成人,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组100例。干预组给予中药防感香囊佩戴2个月,对照组不做干预。比较2组感冒发病率;选取干预组70例,观察干预前后血清IgA、IgM、IgG变化。结果试验发现,干预组感冒发生率6.25%,低于对照组感冒发生率17.71%(P<0.05),干预组佩戴香囊前后血清IgA、IgG升高(P<0.01),血清IgM无明显改变(P>0.05)。干预组过敏发生率2.04%,对照组过敏发生率0(P>0.05),2组比较过敏发生率差异无统计学意义。结论中药防感香囊能够提升人体免疫能力,对成人感冒有一定预防作用,能够预防感冒的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fanggan sachet on prevention of adult cold and its influence on immune function.Methods The subjects were healthy adults aged 18-60 years.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The intervention group was given traditional Chinese medicine Fanggan sachet for 2 months,while the control group was not intervened.Incidence rate of cold was compared between the 2 groups.70 cases in the intervention group were selected to observe the changes of serum IgA,IgM and IgG before and after the intervention.Results The results showed that the incidence of cold in intervention group was 6.25%,which was lower than that in control group(17.71%)(P<0.05).In the intervention group,the serum IgA and IgG were increased before and after wearing sachet(P<0.01),but the serum IgM had no significant change(P>0.05).The incidence of allergy in the intervention group was 2.04%,while that in the control group was 0(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of allergy between the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Fanggan sachet can improve the immune capacity of the human body,has a certain preventive effect on adult cold,and can prevent the occurrence of cold.
