香砂八珍汤联合品管圈护理对消化道肿瘤患者营养指标及免疫功能的影响

Influence of Xiangsha Bazhen Decoction Combined with Quality Control Circle Nursing on Nutritional Indicators and Immune Function of Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor

目的探讨香砂八珍汤联合品管圈护理对消化道肿瘤患者营养指标及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2020年9月在山西省第二人民医院接受医治的120例消化道肿瘤术后患者,将其按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,均60例。对照组给予肠内营养混悬液,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用香砂八珍汤治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d。2组治疗期间均进行品管圈护理,同时护理14 d。比较2组治疗前后证候积分、营养指标及免疫功能。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者脉虚、乏力、面色萎黄及气短神疲评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;而治疗后血清PA、Alb、Hb、TRF、IgG、IgA和IgM水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论香砂八珍汤联合品管圈护理能够有效改善消化道肿瘤患者的临床症状和营养状况,同时提高免疫功能,利于患者术后康复。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiangsha Bazhen decoction combined with quality control circle nursing on nutritional indicators and immune function of patients with gastrointestinal tumor.Methods The study subjects were selected from October 2018 to September 2020 in Second People’s Hospital of Shanxi Province.120 patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery were selected according to a random number table to form a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each.The control group was given enteral nutrition suspension,and the observation group was combined with Xiangsha Bazhen decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.During the treatment period,both groups were treated with quality control circle nursing,and they were treated at the same time for 14 d.The symptom scores,nutritional indicators and immune function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of pulse deficiency,fatigue,chlorosis,shortness of breath and fatigue in the two groups of patients after treatment all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.After treatment,serum PA,Alb,Hb,TRF,IgG,IgA and IgM levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(allP<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Bazhen decoction combined with quality control circle nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal tumor,and improve the immune function,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients after surgery.
