骨八方联合综合性干预对肱骨远端骨折早期软组织挫伤患者疼痛程度及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Gubafang Combined with Comprehensive Intervention on Pain and Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Early Soft Tissue Contusion of Distal Humerus Fracture

目的研究骨八方联合综合性干预对肱骨远端骨折早期软组织挫伤患者疼痛程度及炎症反应的影响。方法选取收治的84例肱骨远端骨折早期软组织挫伤患者,选例时间为2018年5月—2020年5月,将其分为对照组(42例)和试验组(42例),分组主要依据随机数字表法进行。对照组接受常规治疗联合综合性干预,试验组在对照组基础上联合骨八方治疗,2组均治疗1周。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛评分、软组织损伤分级量化积分及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,2组早期疼痛、瘀斑肿胀、尿赤便秘、口干等证候积分、VAS评分、软组织损伤分级量化积分及血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平较治疗前相比,均降低,且试验组较对照组相比,均处于较低水平(均P<0.05)。结论骨八方联合综合性干预可有效减轻肱骨远端骨折早期软组织挫伤患者的临床症状,缓解其疼痛程度,同时可降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平,进而抑制炎症反应。

Objective To study the effect of Gubafang combined with comprehensive intervention on pain and inflammatory reaction in patients with early soft tissue contusion of distal humerus fracture.Methods 84 patients with early soft tissue contusion of distal humerus fracture in our hospital were selected from May 2018 to may 2020,and they were divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42),and the grouping was mainly based on the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment combined with comprehensive intervention,and the experimental group was treated with Gubafang on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain score,quantitative score of soft tissue injury classification and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the early pain,ecchymosis swelling,red urine constipation,dry mouth syndrome score,VAS score,soft tissue injury grading and quantitative score,serum TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was at a lower level than the control group(allP<0.05).Conclusion Gubafang combined with comprehensive intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with early soft tissue contusion of distal humerus fracture,relieve the degree of pain,and reduce the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6,thereby inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.
