血府逐瘀汤治疗肾病综合征高凝血症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Hypercoagulability of Nephrotic Syndrome

目的分析血府逐瘀汤加减治疗肾病综合征高凝血症的临床效果。方法纳入2019年2月—2020年2月收治的肾病综合征高凝血症患者共70例,根据治疗方法将其分为2组,对照组(35例)给予泼尼松联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察组(35例)在对照组基础上增加血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组凝血功能指标恢复正常时间和住院时间少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组肾功能指标改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血脂指标改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血液流变学指标改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组24 h尿蛋白定量水平低于对照组,P<0.05;2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗肾病综合征高凝血症临床效果确切,可有效降低患者血液高凝状态,改善肾功能,且用药安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on hypercoagulability of nephrotic syndrome.Methods 70 patients with hypercoagulability of nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method.The control group(n=35)was given prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide.The observation group(n=35)was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The return time of coagulation function indexes and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of renal function indexes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood lipid indexes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of hemorheology indexes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).24 h urine protein quantitative level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of hypercoagulability of nephrotic syndrome is exact,which can effectively reduce the hypercoagulability of blood,improve the renal function,and is safe,so it is worthy of clinical application.
