健脾化浊消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaozhi Recipe in the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

目的分析健脾化浊消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年2月收治的50例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为单药治疗组(25例)和联合治疗组(25例)。单药治疗组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊进行治疗,联合治疗组在单药治疗组的基础上采用健脾化浊消脂方进行治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组疗效、肝功能和血清细胞因子水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、ALT、AST、GGT水平降低,且联合治疗组低于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组总有效率为88.00%,显著高于单药治疗组(64.00%)(χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05)。结论健脾化浊消脂方联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊可有效改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者肝功能,降低机体炎性反应,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaozhi recipe on patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,50 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into monotherapy group(25 cases)and combined therapy group(25 cases).The monotherapy group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule,and the combined therapy group was treated with Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaozhi recipe on the basis of monotherapy group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy,liver function and serum cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,ALT,AST and GGT in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of combined treatment group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than that of monotherapy group(64.00%)(χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaozhi recipe combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule could effectively improve the liver function of patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,which has a good therapeutic effect.
