中医综合护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Quality of Life of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨中医综合护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取68例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,在常规护理基础上实施中医综合护理干预(中医情志干预、中医饮食干预、中医用药干预、中医生活干预),分析比较干预前后患者相关检验指标、生活质量差异。结果干预后患者空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBS)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白量(24 h UPro)与干预前比较得到明显改善;干预后患者生活质量与干预前比较得到明显提高(P<0.05)。结论中医整体护理干预能显著改善患者检验指标,继而提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 68 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects.On the basis of conventional nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(traditional Chinese medicine emotion intervention,traditional Chinese medicine diet intervention,traditional Chinese medicine intervention,traditional Chinese medicine life intervention)were implemented,and the relevant test indicators and life of the patients before and after the intervention were analyzed and compared.Results The fasting blood glucose(FBS),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBS),glycosylated serum protein(GSP),creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and 24-hour urine protein(24 h UPro)of patients after intervention were compared with those before intervention obviously improved.The quality of life of the patients after the intervention was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the test indicators of patients,and then improve the quality of life of patients.
