摘要
目的探讨中药泡洗联合内服治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的临床观察和护理体会。方法选取收治的66例尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为2组(33例)。对照组采用西药治疗和护理,研究组采用中医泡洗联合内服及护理。对比2组治疗前后瘙痒情况及中医证候评分、临床疗效和护理满意度。结果 2组治疗前瘙痒评分及中医证候评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后,研究组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.0%,显著高于对照组75.8%(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为93.9%,显著高于对照组的72.7%(P<0.05)。结论中药泡洗联合内服治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒能有效减轻皮肤瘙痒情况,提高治疗有效率及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine soaking and washing combined with oral administration in treating uremic skin pruritus.Methods A total of 66 patients with uremic skin pruritus in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups(n= 33) using a random number table. The control group was treated with western medicine and nursing, and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foaming and washing combined with oral administration and nursing. The pruritus score, TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The pruritus score and TCM syndrome score before treatment were significantly different between the two groups. After treatment, the score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P< 0. 05). The total effective rate was 97. 0% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 75. 8% in the control group(P<0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93. 9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72. 7%)(P<0. 05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine soaking and washing combined with oral administration in treating uremic skin pruritus can effectively relieve the skin pruritus, improve the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
