中医整体护理对绝经后膝骨关节炎的作用

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Holistic Nursing Combined with Scraping on Postmenopausal Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察中医整体护理对绝经后膝骨关节炎的影响。方法将56例绝经后女性患者随机分为护理组和对照组,每组28例。对照组给予调肝补肾汤和常规护理,护理组在对照基础上联合中医整体护理和刮痧治疗。2周后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对照组均有良好的治疗效果,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组实验室指标CRP、ESR、IL-1和IL-6比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后IL-1和IL-6比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调肝补肾汤可以改善患者的症状和炎症状态,并加强其护理措施,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM holistic nursing on postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis.Methods 56 cases of postmenopausal women were randomly divided into nursing group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given Tiaogan Bushen decoction and routine nursing,while the treatment group was treated with TCM holistic nursing and scraping therapy on the basis of control.The curative effect was observed after 2 weeks.Results Both the treatment group and the control group had good therapeutic effect,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes CRP,ESR,IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Il-1 and IL-6 were significantly different in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaogan Bushen decoction can improve the symptoms and inflammatory state of patients,and strengthen its nursing measures,which is worthy of further study.
