中医药防治尖锐湿疣复发的研究进展

尖锐湿疣是一种性传播疾病,其发生和复发与人乳头瘤病毒的亚临床感染与潜伏感染、细胞免疫、病毒的免疫逃逸等机制相关。目前常规治疗以去除疣体为主,但后期较高的复发率仍是临床十分棘手的问题。近年来大量研究发现,中医药具有抗病毒,增强机体免疫等功效。且具有不良作用小,不良反应少等优势,在缓解症状,降低复发率上发挥了巨大优势。

Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease.Its occurrence and recurrence are related to the subclinical infection and latent infection of human papillomavirus,cellular immunity,immune escape of virus and other mechanisms.At present,the treatment is mainly to remove verruca,but the high recurrence rate is still a very difficult problem in clinical practice.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of anti-virus and enhancing immunity.And traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of small side effects and less adverse reactions,which plays a huge advantage in relieving symptoms and reducing recurrence rate.
