总结近年来黄芪治疗原发性高血压的作用机制及临床应用。黄芪治疗原发性高血压的主要作用机制为抑制RAAS与促进利尿作用,黄芪对血压具有双向调节作用,且用于降压具有有效性、安全性、保护靶器官、可持续性等特点。另,黄芪在临床上用于治疗原发性高血压主要取其补气、化瘀、升阳、化湿及益气助阴等作用。

The mechanism and clinical application of Astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of essential hypertension in recent years was summarized.The main mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of essential hypertension is to inhibit RAAS and promote diuresis.Astragalus membranaceus has a two-way regulatory effect on blood pressure,and it has the characteristics of effectiveness,safety,protection of target organs,sustainability and so on.In addition,Astragalus membranaceus is mainly used in the treatment of essential hypertension for its functions of invigorating qi,removing blood stasis,promoting yang,removing dampness and benefiting qi and helping yin.
