浅析深水裸岩斜岩条件下的大跨度钢栈桥设计与施工工艺 被引量:2

摘要 随着桥梁行业的发展,越来越多的桥梁基础处于深水区,增大了搭设钢栈桥的难度,因钢管桩长度长,为了减少钢管桩数量,加快施工进度或者为了通航考虑,已有部分水中栈桥考虑采用大跨度栈桥设计。结合受控因素以及地形、地貌、地质、水文等情况,以官新高速公路关键控制性工程——马路口资水特大桥的钢栈桥平台的成功实施为背景,重点介绍了在深水裸岩斜岩条件下的大跨度钢栈桥设计与施工工艺等,总结出一些大跨径及深水裸岩斜岩条件下的钢栈桥设计要点与施工关键技术。通过现场施工,大跨度钢栈桥的施工符合施工要求,可以为后续相似工程的钢栈桥平台布置提供相关参考。 With the development of bridge industry,more and more bridge foundations are in deep water area,which increases difficulty in erecting steel trestle,and the steel pipe piles are long in length.In order to reduce the number of steel pipe piles,speed up construction progress or consider navigation,some water trestle bridges have been considered to adopt long-span trestle design.Combining controlled factors and topography,geomorphology,geology,hydrology,etc.,this paper takes the key control project of Guanxin Expressway—the successful implementation of the steel trestle platform of Zishui Bridge at the entrance of the road as the background,focuses on the design and construction technology of large span steel trestle under the condition of deep-water bare rock and plagioclase,and summarizes some key design points and key construction technologies of steel trestle bridges under conditions of large spans and deep water,bare rock and plagioclase.Through site construction,it verify that the construction of large span steel trestle meets the construction requirements,and provides reference for the layout of steel trestle platform in similar projects.
