摘要
本文对爆炸螺栓冲击载荷作用下的捕获系统(包含捕获器、预紧螺栓)进行强刚度分析,研究捕获系统在不同预紧力矩/同一冲击载荷作用下的力学响应。结果表明,捕获系统在冲击载荷作用下,预紧螺栓、捕获器的力学性能响应随着拧紧力矩的变化而变化,在相同冲击载荷作用下,40N·m拧紧力矩下的捕获器冲击受力面的变形量比0N·m拧紧力矩要小,同时40N·m拧紧力矩下的预紧螺栓和捕获器根部应力水平也较0N·m拧紧力矩有所降低,局部区域已达到塑性变形,存在断裂风险。此次分析研究为后续结构优化提供一定的数据支撑,该技术成果可直接应用于火工品连接—分离结构系统,具有广泛应用价值。
The strength and stiffness of the capture system(including the capture device and the pre-tightening bolt)under the impact load of explosive bolt are analyzed.And the mechanical response of the capturing system under different pre-tightening moments/the same impact load is studied.The results show that the capturing system under impact load,pre-tightening bolt and catcher change with the change of pre-tightening torque,and under the same impact load,40N·m torque to capture the impact force under the deformation is smaller than 0N·m torque,at the same time under 40N·m torque pre-tightening bolt and the capture of the root stress level is 0N·m torque decreases,the local area has reached the plastic deformation or even fracture risk.The technical achievement can be directly applied to the connecting separating structure system of initiating explosive devices,and has wide application value.
