推动在绵高校高质量发展的对策探究

随着我国经济转向高质量发展新阶段,高等教育的地位和作用更加突出。绵阳具有发展高等教育的良好基础,但同时也面临着巨大的挑战,必须大力提升在绵高校建设发展水平,推动高校与城市共生共荣。政府规划引领不足、产教融合机制不畅、科教协同创新不够、校企协同育人不紧,是影响在绵高校高质量发展的重要因素。进入新发展阶段,需要加强规划引领、完善体制机制、深化产教融合、加大科教协同、深化校企合作,促进校城融合发展,更好地服务支撑中国科技城建设。

The roles of higher education become increasingly important with the high-quality development of China's economy.Mianyang has a good foundation for developing higher education,but it also faces great challenges.We must vigorously improve the development level of universities in Mianyang to promote the symbiosis and common prosperity with the city.The important factors affecting the high-quality development of universities in Mianyang are insufficient government planning,poor integration mechanism of industry and education,insufficient collaborative innovation of science and education,and lax cooperative education between universities and enterprises.Entering the new development stage,we need to strengthen planning guidance,improve institutional mechanisms,deepen the integration of industry and education,increase coordination between science and education,deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises,promote the integrated development of universities and cities,so as to better serve and support the construction of China Science&Technology City.
