摘要 教育惩戒是一种有效的管理手段,对学生发展以及教育教学有着积极意义。然而,在具体实践过程中,教育惩戒总会陷入诸多困境,教师徘徊于惩与不惩之间,面对学生的过错行为,或惩戒过度,或放弃惩戒。究其缘由,部分原因在于作为实施主体的教师对教育惩戒的认识仍不明确。要突破教育惩戒的实施困境,教师须厘清教育惩戒的基本含义,明确有关制度规定,掌握惩戒的基本方法,运用惩戒的艺术,以发挥教育惩戒应有的育人效用。 The implementation of educational discipline has certain positive significance to the development of students and education.In the process of practical implementation,teachers always fall into many difficulties in carrying out educational punishment,hovering between punishment or not,or ignoring it,or excessive punishment.The causes to this phenomenon are complex,such as parental pressure,excessive media rendering,and teachers'lack of understanding of discipline.In order to break through the predicament of the implementation of educational discipline,teachers themselves should have a correct understanding of educational discipline,clarify the basic meaning of educational discipline,clarify the system and regulations of educational discipline,master the art of educational discipline,and improve their own cultivation level.
