姜夔曾被评价为“襟期洒落如晋宋间人”,“翰墨人品,皆似晋、宋之雅士”。“晋宋间人”不仅影响了姜夔的人格,一定程度上也影响了姜夔诗词的创作。姜夔对晋宋山水诗的思想内容进行继承与创新,并频繁运用“晋宋间人”之典,其强调“自然高妙”“韵味悠长”的诗论也与谢灵运、陶渊明之诗有所联系,明显表现出对晋宋文学的学习。
