重庆市医疗机构对全日制护理硕士研究生的需求调查

Survey of demand for full-time nursing master′s dergree students in medical institutions in Chongqing

目的探讨重庆市医疗机构对全日制护理学硕士研究生的需求规模和特点。方法选取重庆市部分医疗机构的护理管理者作为调查对象,采用目的抽样法和自制的问卷进行全日制护理硕士研究生需求调查。结果94.34%的护理管理者表示本单位需要全日制护理硕士研究生,80.00%的护理管理者对全日制护理硕士研究生招生类型认为学术学位和专业学位均可,并且拟对其进行的岗位设置主要以护理科研和(或)护理专家为主(94.00%);护理管理者对于招聘的侧重因素,得分最高的前3位分别是面试时的综合表现、发表文章质量、英语水平;对护理硕士研究生在临床工作中应具备的思想道德素质、核心能力、在校期间所学理论知识结构和应加强的就业指导工作的重要程度判断得分均大于4分。结论重庆市医疗机构对全日制护理学硕士研究生的需求较大,对研究生的需求类型无差别,但对研究生的综合能力、发表文章质量和英语水平要求较为侧重。建议院校在适当扩大护理研究生招生规模的同时提升其相应的能力与素质,以满足行业所需。

Objective To explore the scale and characteristics of the demand for full-time nursing master′s degree students in Chongqing′s medical institutions.Methods Nursing managers from some medical institutions in Chongqing were selected as the survey subjects and purpose sampling method and self-made questionnaires were used to conduct a demand survey of full-time nursing master′s degree students.Results 94.34%of nursing managers revealed that their unit needed full-time nursing master′s degree students,and 80.00%of nursing managers thought that both academic degrees and professional degrees were acceptable for the enrollment type of full-time nursing master′s degree students,and their proposed positions were nursing research and/or nursing experts mainly(94.00%);For the recruitment factors which nursing managers focuseedon,the top three with the highest scores were the comprehensive performance at the interview,the quality of published articles,and English proficiency.The scores of important judgements on the ideological and moral quality,core competence,the theoretical knowledge structure learned during the school and the employment guidance work that the nursing master′s ddgree students should strengthen were all greater than 4 points.Conclusion The medical institutions in Chongqing have a great demand for full-time nursing master′s degree postgraduates of nursing,and there is no difference in the types of demand for postgraduates of nursing,but they place more emphasis on the comprehensive ability of postgraduates,the quality of published articles,and English proficiency.It is suggested that colleges and universities should appropriately expand the enrollment scale of nursing graduate students while improving their corresponding abilities and qualities to meet the needs of the industry.
