儿童感染幽门螺杆菌的研究现状及临床治疗策略

Research status and clinical treatment strategies of Helicobacter pylori infection in children

幽门螺杆菌是根植在胃部的细菌,发达国家由幽门螺杆菌引起的疾病的发病率远远低于发展中国家。幽门螺杆菌在胃部的发生发展直接影响患者胃肠道相关疾病的进程,而影响幽门螺杆菌生存的因素包括毒力因子、性别、年龄和成长生活环境。幽门螺杆菌如果不能长期及早治疗,将会诱发更严重的胃肠消化道疾病,甚至是癌变的风险。一般的研究对象多数是针对成人,对儿童的研究相对较少,如果能在儿童时期进行治疗,能在很大程度上改善儿童的身体状况,根治幽门螺杆菌。而随着幽门螺杆菌对抗菌药物耐药的增加,对儿童幽门螺杆菌的预防与检测,个体化的治疗方案尤为重要。本文就儿童幽门螺杆菌治疗的最新机制、药敏试验个体化治疗的重要性予以综述。

Helicobacter pylori is a bacterium that is rooted in stomach.The incidence of diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori in developed countries is much lower than in developing countries.The development of Helicobacter pylori in stomach directly affects the progression of gastrointestinal-related diseases in patients,and factors affecting the survival of Helicobacter pylori include virulence factors,gender,age,and growth and living environment.If Helicobacter pylori is not treated for a long term timely,it will induce more serious gastrointestinal digestive diseases,even cancer.Most of the research subjects are directed at adults,and there are not many studies on children.If Helicobacter pylori infection can be treated in childhood,the children's physical conditions can be greatly improved and Helicobacter pylori infection cured.With the increase of antibiotic resistance of Helicobacter pylori,the prevention and detection of Helicobacter pylori in children and individualized treatment programs are particularly important.In this paper,the latest mechanism of the treatment of Helicobacter pylori in children and the importance of individualized treatment of drug susceptibility experiments are reviewed.
