摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者早期运动中涉及偏瘫步道的实践及应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月无锡市第二人民医院收治的脑梗死患者100例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组男29例,女21例,年龄(57.64±5.61)岁,行常规干预;观察组男31例,女19例,年龄(56.90±5.45)岁,进行偏瘫步道步行训练。比较两组运动功能、日常生活活动能力、负性情绪以及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果观察组干预后运动功能评分为(77.87±4.94)分,高于对照组的(69.99±5.23)分(t=7.745,P<0.05);观察组干预后日常生活活动能力评分为(80.67±12.16)分,高于对照组的(59.43±11.03)分(t=9.148,P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪评分为(14.41±3.19)分、(13.40±2.51)分,低于对照组的(18.79±4.03)分、(17.71±3.86)分(t=6.026、6.619,均P<0.05);观察组干预后下肢深静脉血栓发生率为4.00%(2/50),低于对照组的22.00%(11/50)(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05)。结论偏瘫步道设计科学、合理,能够有效增强脑梗死患者的运动功能与日常生活活动能力,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,并且有效减少下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective To explore the practice and application effects of hemiplegic walk trail in early exercise of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Wuxi Second People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group had 29 males and 21 females,were(57.64±5.61)years old,and underwent routine intervention.The observation group had 31 males and 19 females,were(56.90±5.45)years old,and took hemiplegic walk trail training.The motor function,activity of daily living,negative emotions,and the incidences of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of motor function,activity of daily living,anxiety,and depression were(77.87±4.94),(80.67±12.16),(14.41±3.19),and(13.40±2.51)in the observation group,and were(69.99±5.23),(59.43±11.03),(18.79±4.03),and(17.71±3.86)in the control group(t=7.745,9.148,6.026,and 6.619;all P<0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs was 4.00%(2/50)in the observation group,and was 22.00%(11/50)in the control group(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific and reasonable hemiplegic walk trail design can effectively enhance the motor function and activity of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction,relieve their anxiety and depression,and effectively reduce the formation of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.
