孕早期胎儿体蒂异常综合征的超声表现

Ultrasonographic findings of fetal body stalk anomaly in early pregnancy

目的探讨孕早期胎儿体蒂异常的超声表现。方法本研究采取了历史性队列研究的方式,回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月广东省妇幼保健院超声诊断的18例体蒂异常的超声图像,诊断的观察指标为:有严重的胸腹裂,胸腹腔脏器漂浮于胸腹腔以外,脊柱的侧凸,脐带短小或无。结果孕妇年龄为(26.55±2.87)岁,18例体蒂异常的病例均为单胎,孕龄为10~21^(+6)周,均有腹腔脏器突出于腹腔外,16例脐带短或无脐带,17例脊柱异常,10例肢体异常,3例颅面异常。结论产前超声可在孕早期对体蒂异常进行有效诊断。

Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic manifestations of fetal body stalk anomaly in early pregnancy.Methods This was a historical cohort study.The ultrasonographic findings of 18 cases of fetal body stalk anomaly diagnosed by ultrasound in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.The outcome measures for diagnosis were as below:severe thoracoabdominal fissure,thoracic and abdominal organs floating outside thoracic and abdominal cavities,spine scoliosis,and short or absent umbilical cord.Results The women were(26.55±2.87)years old.All the 18 cases were monocyesis.The gestational age ranged from 10 to 21^(+6) weeks.Among them,all the 18 cases'abdominal organs protruded outside their abdominal cavities,16 had short or no umbilical cord,17 had spinal abnormalities,10 had limb abnormalities,and 3 had craniofacial abnormalities.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can be used to diagnose body stalk anomaly in early pregnancy.
