无性系石莼对皱纹盘鲍稚鲍生长与存活及其养殖水质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of clonal ulva on the growth,survival rate and water quality of juvenile abalone(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)

摘要 本实验在剥离后的皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)稚鲍养殖系统中添加石莼(Ulva pertusa Kiellm),同时调整人工配合饲料的投喂量,研究石莼对稚鲍生长与存活及其养殖水质的影响。实验结果表明,石莼对稚鲍生长及存活具有积极影响,养殖30 d后,处理组2(无性系石莼+80%人工配合饲料)中稚鲍生长速率显著高于对照组1(100%人工配合饲料)(P<0.05),其壳长增长率和壳宽增长率分别提高17.91%和15.78%,同时稚鲍存活率提高10%(P<0.05)。添加石莼对稚鲍养殖系统的水质也有明显改良作用,所有添加石莼组中氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝酸盐(NO_(3)^(-)-N)、亚硝酸盐(NO_(2)^(-)-N)、磷酸盐(PO_(4)^(3-)-P)以及弧菌等指标均低于未添加石莼组,表现出良好的水处理效果。 Juvenile abalones were fed with feed and ulva(Ulva pertusa Kjellm)in different proportions after stripping in a 30-day trial in order to estimate the effects of this feeding model on the growth,survival rate and culture water quality of juvenile abalones.The results showed that the growth and survival rate of treatment group 2(80%feed+ulva)was significantly higher than that of control group 1(100%feed)(P<0.05),Compared with the control group 1,the shell length rate and shell width rate of treatment group 1increased by 17.91%and 15.78%,respectively.Moreover the survival rate of treatment group 1was up to 69.17%,also significantly higher than that of control group 1(P<0.05).In terms of the water treatment effect of ulva,after 24hours,the concentrations of ammonia(NH_(4)^(+)-N),nitrite nitrogen(NO_(2)^(-)-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N)and phosphate(PO_(4)^(3-)-P)and the total number of Vibrio bacteria in the treatment groups,which were added ulva,were lower than those of control group 1(100%feed)and the control group 2(100%feed+water treatment agent).The results showed that this method can improve the growth and survival rate of juvenile abalones and their culture water quality.
